Easiest Way to Grow Cannabis Indoors – GrowDaddyTV

How To Grow Cannabis Indoors…
The EASY WAY!
Growing cannabis indoors, organically, can be fun and easy. We created GrowDaddyTV (GDTV) – both the website and especially the YouTube channel (which is now a Rumble channel too!) to help other growers in the community to learn how to grow cannabis indoors the fun, cheap (economical? frugal?), easy way!

How To Grow Less Larf!
Dense Bud is Better!
GrowDaddy – AKA Patrick – has a certain style of growing cannabis indoors to optimize both yield AND quality. The GrowDaddyTV motto is “F— Larf!” – we really try to grow only the nice, dense, sticky buds that we get right on top of the level canopy.

What Is The GrowDaddyTV Style?
Scrogless Scrog!
GrowDaddy does a lot of topping, training, defoliating, and “Kushman Chiropractic” to get the “GDTV Style” of growing cannabis indoors. It’s a “scrogless scrog” where the canopy is beautifully level and there is no net. We use “yoyos” if necessary to hold up fat, heavy buds, but for the most part we go for a kind of candelabra-look.

Legal Cannabis Grow
We Grow Legally In Canada
We have a grow-show where we grow our legal 4 plants (that is the law here in Canada) and we share every aspect of their care & feeding (& training/pruning/up-potting/amendments/etc. etc. etc!). We give each cannabis plant a NAME – we give her (yes HER – we only grow feminized plants) a name, an avatar, and we honour each and every beautiful plant-spirit. It’s how we roll.

We Grow Cannabis As An Art
Hey look, Ma, no scrog!
We truly love what we do! GrowDaddy (Patrick) honestly loves the hobby of growing cannabis and Mrs. GrowDaddy honestly loves doing the videodocumentation and “edutainment overlays” – check out our YouTube channel – or better yet, check us out on Rumble where they are a bit less judgmental C’MON!
About GrowDaddyTV Cannabis Grower Edutainment
Who Is GrowDaddy?
GrowDaddyTV is the creation of Patrick, a retired Californian truck driver who moved up to Canada, settled into Victoria, BC, and began growing cannabis indoors after DECADES of not being able to touch the stuff (drivers get periodic testing). The rest is history – Patrick & “Mrs. GrowDaddy” (AKA: Big Al) produce a weekly grow show that “airs” every Sunday morning at 6am Pacific Time on RUMBLE & YOUTUBE!
♫ GDTV Music ♬
We’ve started releasing musical tracks – grow science you can groove to! It’s a fun little hobby of Mrs. GrowDaddy where listeners can rock out or bust a move or tap a toe while learning about nifty stuff like “Vapour Pressure Deficit” or removing chlorine and chloramines with vitamin C (yes – you CAN!)! Cannabis Video Blog

This “Edutainment” for Indoor Cannabis Growers channel, “GrowDaddyTV”, is our labour of love.
When Patrick started learning how to grow cannabis indoors, he went to the forums like 420 etc. to get information and found he was getting a lot of “bro science” – intermingled with practical advise. It inspired him – and Mrs. GrowDaddy – to create a educational and entertaining videos to help people learn how to grow cannabis indoors.
It just so happens that a fair number of our viewers are EXPERIENCED cannabis growers who just like to tune in for the fun and the weed pr0n!!!
Indoor Cannabis Growers’ Glossary
“Larf” is that fluffy, crappy, airy, crumbly, loose, soft, shitty bud that you get on the bud sites that don’t get enough light.
At GrowDaddyTV we do our best to grow “muffin-tops” the absolute opposite of larf: dense, heavy, hard, sticky nugs, all at the top of the canopy.
(GrowDaddy hates larf and we have a hashtag #FuckLarf)

Aa A lot of cannabis growers keep their canopy level and support heavy buds by using a scrog net.
The word ‘scrog’ comes from “Screen of Green.” “Scrogging” is a recognizable “look” with a grid-like white fabric net and a nice flat, full, level canopy.
(GrowDaddy uses training methods like LST, super-cropping, and “Kushman Chiropractic,” INSTEAD OF A SCROG, to strengthen the stems and branches)

GrowDaddyTV is known for the “Scrogless Scrog” – a style of growing cannabis indoors with a level canopy and without a ‘scrog’ net.
In order to keep the canopy level when it is supporting heavy cannabis buds, GrowDaddy uses “Kushman Chiropractic” to strengthen the stems and branches.

“Fimming” is an acronym: “F*** I Missed!” – it is a variation on “topping” bud sites on cannabis plants. Removing 75-80% of the bud site with scissors instead of plucking completely will create four new bud sites (instead of two – which you would get by simply “topping”).

“The Stretch” is a term used by cannabis growers for the sudden vertical growth spurt which occurs early in the flowering stage – the plant’s equivalent of puberty.

Calyx: / ˈkāliks / (pl. Calyxes or Calyces) comes from the Greek for “husk” and “to cover or conceal.” Often mistaken for pollen sacs on the cannabis plant, the calyx is comprised of “sepals” (which look green and leafy) and is the outermost whorl which covers and protects the flower’s inner petals as they develop.

Decarboxylate: / ˌdēkärˈbäksəlāt / (sometimes shortened to “decarb”) employing a low, slow heating process to convert the non-psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) in cannabis flower and leaves to psychoactive delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Decarbed cannabis is used to make edibles.

Flipping your cannabis plant only applies to photoperiod cannabis; autoflower cannabis strains flip themselves to flowering automatically, according to their internal clock (usually 3-5 weeks from seed).
With photoperiod plants, there are phases of the grow and lighting requirements are generally as below:
- Germination (24/7 light)
- Seedling (18 hours on / 6 hours off)
- Vegetative (“veg”) (18 hours on / 6 hours off with stronger light)
- Flowering (12 hours on / 12 hours off)
To flip your plants, you need to change your lighting schedule to 12 on-12 off – your plants will know what to do (they will begin flowering)!
Photoperiod cannabis is the opposite of autoflower cannabis and photoperiod plants NEED to be “flipped” into flowering mode by changing their light schedule.
You are able to grow photoperiod plant to whatever size you want before you “flip” them into flowering (changing their light schedule to 12 hours on and 12 hours off).
